As we are now launching our business in Sweden, we are hiring a Country Manager for Sweden who will help us bring our business to the next level.
Your responsibilities as the Country Manager for Sweden
- Go-to-Market strategy & execution
- Local business, sales, partners & profitable growth development
- Operational responsibility for the local markets
- Onboarding & performance management
- Optimization of our operational processes & success
- Working together with Shipit parent company on joint sales, marketing, and operational projects.
- Local operations & carrier management
- Analysis of all relevant KPIs and reporting to the board
- End responsibility for the implementation and supervision of our internal standards
- Team building
- End responsibility for the consistent extension of our network of partners and the operational controlling of integrations to ensure high standards in quality.
Our expectations for you
- Previous experience in the logistics industry and carrier integrations in Sweden
- Experience in the software business
- Previous experience in sales
- Outstanding entrepreneurial spirit with very strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly talented in operations and project management
- Top of the line analytical & quantitative skills, paired with a hands-on growth mentality
- Deep industry and market knowledge
- Fluent Swedish
